How Quickly Do You Ship Orders Once You Receive Them?
Orders are shipped within one business day of receipt. For expedited orders that are received by 2:00pm Pacific Time, they are guaranteed to ship the same day.
Which Shipping Carriers Do You Use?
Mobile Shipp utilizes FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We offer several shipping options, including FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, FedEx Ground Economy, Fedex 2 Day, Fedex Overnight, Fedex International Services. USPS Ground Advantage (domestic and international), USPS Priority Mail (domestic and international).
Do You Handle Returned Orders/Reverse Logistics?
Your dedicated account manager will establish your custom return process during setup, including protocols for restocking good merchandise and handling damaged items.
Do you offer FBM Fulfillment
Yes, we have a direct integration with Amazon for FBM Fulfillment.
